This website, shopmote.com, is operated by Mote ("we", "us", "our"), under the brand mote. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our store runs on Shopify, which provides the online store platform and processes checkout and payment.

Using the site
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to place an order.
- You agree not to use the site for anything illegal, and not to try to harm, hack or overload it.

Products and prices
- We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.
- Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. If an item is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
- We may limit quantities or stop selling a product at any time.

Orders
- An order is accepted when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or can't ship to your address. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly, but we'll try to help.

Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout by Shopify and its payment partners. We don't see or store your full card details.

Shipping and returns
Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our Return and refund policy. Both are part of these terms.

Content and trademarks
The text, images, design and the mote name on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent.

Disclaimer
Our products are sold for normal household use. Apart from what our Return and refund policy says, and any rights you have by law, products and the site are provided "as is", without other warranties.

Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses from using the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [state] and the United States.
