Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Cost
Shipping is free on every order.

How long it takes
- Processing: we prepare your order within 1-3 business days.
- Delivery: orders ship from a US warehouse and usually arrive 5-8 business days after you order.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US public holidays. Delivery can take longer during holidays or bad weather.

Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it.

Address changes
Need to fix your address? Email [support email] as soon as possible. We can update it until the order ships.

Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't changed in 7 days, or your package arrives damaged, email us at geraldypangau7@gmail.com with your order number. We'll help track it down or send a replacement.
